Equipment
The value in Volucon is not simply one dimensional. We see the volumetric mixer as a means to an end, not an end in itself.
Our team have spent the last two years in development with our principle suppliers to manufacture a ‘Gulf spec’ unit that is more advanced and capable than any existing VMCM the market can supply, both in terms of quality and capabilities.
Materials
Volucon has exclusivity for a range of cements that are currently not available in the region, URH, VRH, MRH and MRH Marine (all ASTM 1600 accredited). Impervious to water ingress, chemical and sulphate resistant they require no insulation or expensive curing protocols and exhibit near zero cracking. In addition, Volucon offers a range of cements, including green and sustainable variants, which have application in the precast, ready-mix, marine and aviation sectors.
